Sarah Bisgaard Møller joined Hafnia Law Firm as an assistant attorney in 2021.
Sarah primarily works with dispute resolution and is part of the firm’s sanctions compliance desk. Sarah provides legal advice on sanctions compliance and has experience with disputes and investigations for clients faced with allegations of sanctions breaches. Sarah also teaches sanctions compliance externally.
Sarah obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge in 2020. Sarah has experience working with English law, including English arbitration and is in the process of qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales. Sarah has a particular interest in contractual disputes within shipping and trading and she thrives with complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration.
Before Sarah began her career as an assistant attorney, she worked in the Strategy department of a global consulting firm and spent three years as a pro bono counsel at Copenhagen Legal Aid.
