
Sarah Bisgaard Møller joined Hafnia Law Firm in 2021. She is a dual-qualified lawyer (Attorney-at-Law in Denmark and a Solicitor of England and Wales).
Sarah primarily works with dispute resolution and shipping & trading and plays a key part in the firm’s sanctions compliance desk. Sarah provides legal advice on sanctions compliance and has experience with disputes and investigations for clients faced with allegations of sanctions breaches. She also teaches sanctions compliance externally.
Sarah has a particular interest in contractual disputes within shipping and trading and she thrives with complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration. She advises on English law disputes.
Sarah obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge in 2020. As part of her qualification, she did work experience with a barrister in London and was seconded to a P&I Club in Copenhagen.
