Kristine Emanuel Sørensen joined Hafnia Law Firm in 2021 and became an attorney-at-law in 2022.

Kristine obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen in 2019. In 2023, Kristine obtained right of audience before the High Courts.

The main area of Kristine’s expertise is litigation and insurance law. Kristine often represents insurers in insurance claims covering, among other things, disputes regarding CPI and recall insurances, all-risk insurances, property insurance and international insurance programs. Further, Kristine acts in commercial disputes before the Danish courts. Kristine is also specialized in international commercial arbitration.

Kristine works with all matters within the firm’s practice areas, incl. maritime, transport and insurance law.
