Frederik William Brøndsted Henriksen joined Hafnia Law Firm as an assistant attorney in 2024, and qualified as Attorney-at-Law in 2025.

Frederik works with dispute resolution, maritime and transportation insurance and corporate law. Further, Frederik is also part of the firm’s sanctions compliance desk.

Frederik obtained his Master of Laws degree from University of Copenhagen in 2022. In addition, Frederik has studied at University of Sydney. During his studies, Frederik gained experience with various aspects of corporate law, litigation, arbitration and international law.

In addition to his work as an attorney at Hafnia Law Firm, Frederik has been an external lecturer in law of obligations at the University of Copenhagen.

Before joining Hafnia Law Firm, Frederik spent more than 2 years as an assistant attorney at Kromann Reumert, working primarily with M&A, Equity Capital Markets, and Venture Capital.
