Coming from a position as Head of Section in the Danish Ministry of Justice, Anders has extensive experience with public law, EU-law, and relations between private parties and public authorities. In addition, he has in-depth insight into the legislative process in Denmark and the Nordic countries.
Anders graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2021 with certificates from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, Paris II, and Universität Salzburg. Through his studies Anders has focused on European and international private law and international law.
Anders works with all matters within the firm’s practice areas, including maritime, transport and insurance law.
