
Mikkel Nørgaard Broholm joined Hafnia Law Firm as a Law Student in 2018 and began his career as an assistant attorney with the firm in 2020.
Mikkel obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern Denmark in 2020. He wrote his master’s thesis on the independence and impartiality of party-appointed experts in international arbitration.
During his studies, Mikkel completed the SDU Talent Programme in Moot Court available only to a limited proportion of the most gifted and highly motivated students. As part of the programme he gained experience with international law as a participant in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot – a moot court competition dealing with international commercial law and arbitration. Mikkel went on to work as a coach for next year’s team and has acted as a moot court arbitrator each year since then.
Mikkel works with all matters within the firm’s practice areas, incl. maritime, transport and insurance law.
